The UltraGrime Garage Clothwipes are great for cleaning mud, grease and grime from bikes and garden machinery.
We gave a pack to biker Jamie to try, and he had some great feedback:
I ride most days, but especially at weekends when I do longer treks. As winter approaches all the trails are starting to get muddier, so I often come back covered in mud. I try to do a quick clean down of the bike about once a week to make sure the parts don’t get too clogged up as this can damage them or make them go rusty.
The UltraGrime Garage wipes are brilliant for this. The thick cloth fabric is great for getting muck off the bike, and it’s nice and strong so doesn’t rip when you’re using it. Plus, they’re huge – one wipe lasts for ages on the job. I can generally reckon on using one wipe for the whole frame.
They’re also great for the oil and grease – I often de- and re-grease parts, and these wipes are great for getting the old gunk off. They’re really nice and wet, giving plenty of cleaning agent to work with and bring up the parts nice and shiny.
And finally, they’re just a great pack all round – you can chuck the pack in the shed with the other kit and it’s good to know they’ll be there next time you get back from a mucky ride.
